What types of finance are available?

Secured Loans. With a secured loan you retain your current mortgage and we arrange a new advance secured on your property, generally from a different lender. Secured loans can be processed easily and quickly and offer the flexibility you need to match your needs.

No Equity - No Problem. Secured loans are available for homeowners with no equity. This facility allows you to borrow up to 125% of the value of your property and will give you greater flexibility in relation to your loan requirements.

Red Dragon Options. The options below allow you to view the four repayment tables (9.7%, 8.9% & 7.9% APR) quoting a full range of monthly instalments for you to choose from, a calculator page allowing you to see how much a loan arranged through Red Dragon Finance could save you and an easy to complete application form that we will process for you quickly and efficiently.

Remortgages. When you remortgage you repay your existing mortgage and replace it with a new mortgage, for a larger amount, to meet your additional requirements, which is also secured on your property.

Unsecured Loans. With unsecured loans the loan is not secured on your property. This facility is generally the quicker way to arrange a loan. Regrettably interest rates for this product tend to be the most expensive because there is no security.

What types of insurance are available?

Payment Protection Insurance is available on all loan facilities that we offer to give you total peace of mind if anything unsuspected happens during the term of the loan.

All policies offered cover sickness, accident, unemployment and provide life cover.

The flexibility of the policies is such that cover can be provided for either one or both borrowers and the level of cover can be tailored to suit individual needs as well.
